Tools Required

• 2x14mmwrench

Assembly

1. Laytheverticalrailsfacedown.Atoneend,placeatop/bottomrail

andinsertthreehexheadboltsandfastenwiththreeheadnuts.

2. Installasecondtop/bottomrailattheotherendoftheverticalrail.

3. RepeatStep2toattachthesecondverticalrail.RepeatSteps1to

3toassembletheotherside.

4.Connecttheverticalrailstogetherusingthejoinbrackets.

Insertthehooksintotheslotsontheverticalrails.Inserttwo

hexheadboltsandfastenwithtwoheadnutsforeachside.



5. Securelyattachthejoinbracketsatthetopandbottomendson

asinglesiderst.Thenreversetherackandrepeatthesamesteps

ontheotherside.

 

6.Finishedassemblyofrack.



7.Standuptheframeandcheckthatalltheboltsaretightened.

 

keepingtheheaviestequipmentatthebottomtoavoidasituation

wheretherackbecomestop-heavy.
